The Valley Light board and directors invite you and your church to help us run Camp Furaha (Camp “Fun” in Kiswahili) at Valley Light Home during the 2024 holiday break.

 

During Camp Furaha the children will enjoy: 

• at least two meals,

• take-away snack per day,

• a safe daytime environment, 

• connection with their regular VLH siblings and 

• enriching, fun activities that highlight an aspect of the Christian eternal perspective

 

All this is with the hope of reducing the impacts of neglect, abuse and lack of food typically experienced by the children during the break.

Camps will run weekly from November 25 through December 20, 2024.
